1. Find Hatsuno™ Kiseki contest (“Contest”) is organised by Bioremeds Life Science Sdn. Bhd. The duration of this Campaign will be from 22nd of April 2021 to 7th of May 2021 (“Contest Period”). BLS reserves the right to change the Contest Period at any time without notice to the Participants.

2. This Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above.

3. Permanent and/or contract employees of BLS and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) and/or advertising & promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this Contest shall not be eligible to participate in this contest.

4. This Contest will run from 22nd of April 2021, “00:00:00” to 7th of May 2021, “23:59:59”.

5. Participants must follow the steps below as valid entry in the Contest:

Step 1:   Buy 3 bottles of and Hatsuno™ Kiseki Products in any combination.

Step 2:  Contest link will be sent via email to the email address provided during  the purchase. Find as many Hatsuno™ Kiseki bottles, labels, partials and silhouettes in the pictures.

Step 3:  Enter the number of found bottles into the input box next to the pictures and click the Submit button for your completed entry form by 7th of May 2021, “23:59:59”.

6. 2 randomly selected winners will be announced on 10th of May 2021.

7. A total of 3 Hatsuno™ Kiseki Vital bottles valued at MYR 540.00 will be awarded to each of the 2 randomly selected winning contestants.

8. By participating, winners consent to having their image used for promotional and advertising purposes.

9. All eligible participants must provide the correct information (E-mail Address, Contact Numbers, Full Name, and Billing Address) during purchase.

10. BLS is not liable for any information provided that are wrong or misspelled for the entry of the Contest.

11. BLS reserves the right to disqualify or reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any participants and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the Contest.

12. Prize(s) colour may vary from the illustrated photo(s), depending on availability.

13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and/or exchangeable, including product options. Prizes are subject to availability and BLS reserves the right to substitute any prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. The participant agrees and provides consent to BLS for the use of any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this event in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by BLS for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this event including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this event. Notwithstanding the above, by participating in the Contest, participants are considered to have read, acknowledged and accepted the Privacy Policy and Terms listed herein.

15. By participating in this event, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this event and BLS’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. BLS reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this event.

16. BLS assumes no responsibility for incorrect or mistaken entries due to any reasons including, contestant’s inability to locate, find, pick out, search or see the HatsunoTM Kiseki bottle/s, label, partials and silhouettes.

17. If participants are found to be using or have used improper means to participate in this contest, BLS reserves the right to cancel their eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

18. This contest and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.

19. BLS reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this contest or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
