Introduction to Hatsuno Kiseki
What is Kiseki?
Kiseki is made from extracts of organic green papaya, rice bran, seaweed and selected berries through our 18 months long proprietary fermentation process.
Kiseki contains a great variety of secondary metabolites such as polyphenols, polysaccharides, short-chain fatty acids, alkaloids and sterols, which are tested to have positive influences on gene expression at the cellular level.
Naturally occurring prebiotic nutrients and various types of lactic acid probiotics in Kiseki, help improve our gut health and amplify the efficacy of nutrients, thus allowing our body to heal effectively in a short period of time.
What are the main ingredients in Kiseki?
The main ingredients in Kiseki are organic extracts of green papaya, rice bran, seaweed and selected berries.
How can Kiseki help with my health?
While the world is primarily fixated on prebiotics and probiotics, we have been steadfast in promoting probiotic metabolomics and the production of postbiotics.
In Kiseki, postbiotics derived from our proprietary blend of plant extracts are vital to promoting healing and overall well-being. Postbiotics in Kiseki can exhibit multiple bioactivities and simultaneously trigger numerous physiological pathways to achieve immunomodulation, anti-inflammation, antiproliferation, anticarcinogen, antioxidation, hepatoprotection and improved digestion.
The low molecular weight and high bioavailability of our proprietary blend of plant extracts are the reasons that people on a Kiseki course experience rapid recovery from myriad ailments.
Why is Kiseki different than other fermented drinks in the market?
Fermented drinks such as fruit enzymes / kombucha, etc. allow unknown bacteria that are present on the surface of the fruits / mother culture to grow and multiply. In contrast, Kiseki has a set proprietary blend of probiotics and active ingredients. These are key to why Kiseki has proven its effectiveness over the last decade in our consumers’ recovery and healing journey by providing the body with the necessary postbiotics to heal itself. Kiseki also consists of essential phytonutrients and antioxidants from organic green papaya, rice bran, seaweed and selected berries.
Is Kiseki Halal?
As most of our raw materials are plant-based and imported from overseas, we have not registered Kiseki for Halal certification in Malaysia just yet.
Kiseki tastes sweet and I am trying to refrain from sugar.
We use the purest organic stevia to make our product more palatable for all. Stevia has no calories and is safe for diabetic consumers. We source our stevia from a pioneering company of 70 years that produces the purest form of stevia.
Why does the colour & taste vary?
Like all naturally grown plants, the colour and taste of our raw materials cannot be consistent but rest assured that the ingredients we use are of the highest quality from all over the world.
Kiseki Handling & Storage
Why does Kiseki bottle expands?
Kiseki does not undergo pasteurization like most products to eliminate all the microbes before the bottling process. Microbial fermentation causes air to be released inside the bottle leading to expansion. High-grade PET bottles are used to allow for this expansion so that the bottle would not explode. Please keep Kiseki refrigerated at all times to avoid the expansion of the bottle.
Do I have to shake the bottle before consuming Kiseki?
It is not necessary, but if you want to, please do so by gently tilting the bottle left and right.
Is the bottle material safe to use?
Yes, we use food-grade PET bottles to store Kiseki. There are no chemical phthalates or bisphenol A (BPA) in PET plastic bottles and therefore PET plastic does not leach these harmful substances. PET plastic is approved as safe for food and beverage contact by FDA and similar regulatory agencies throughout the world for more than three decades.
Our supply of bottles are SGS tested to ensure total regulatory compliance.
What if Kiseki is past its best-before date?
It is fine to consume Kiseki even past its best-before date if kept refrigerated, however the efficacy might be reduced.
How long will a bottle of opened and partly consumed Kiseki last?
Regardless of the best-before date, Kiseki will last for a year from the manufacturing date if kept refrigerated at all times.
Is it safe to consume Kiseki if there are white floaties on the surface?
Yes, Kiseki has living bacteria and yeast which continue to ferment slowly on their own. Please keep Kiseki refrigerated at all times to avoid the building up of white floaties. We do not pasteurize our product as we believe live probiotics are beneficial to our health.
Should I refrigerate Kiseki?
Yes, please refrigerate Kiseki at all times. We recommend that you keep Kiseki refrigerated to avoid the bottle from expanding and the build-up of white floaties.
Will the quality of Kiseki be compromised during unrefrigerated transit?
No. Probiotics thrive in room temperature, however, expansion of the bottle and the build-up of white floaties may occur after one week.

The time it takes to see results from Kiseki varies from person to person. Some could be as fast as a few minutes (e.g. gastric cases); others could take at least three months. From our experience, asthma users have seen encouraging results in four days. People with severe or chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases may take at least a few months to respond and at times, symptoms appear worse before they improve.
However, this is not to say when patients see improvements, they can discontinue Kiseki. It is essential that they consume Kiseki continuously until their condition has stabilized. We strongly recommend our consumers to make changes in diet and lifestyle to initiate their healing process sooner. I am already taking supplements. Do I still need Kiseki?
Yes. When you take Kiseki, you not only take the nutrients, but you are also taking the bioactive non-nutrient compounds called phytochemicals. Phytochemicals like lycopene and beta carotene are often included in other supplements. Still, according to Harvard Health Publishing 2019, the benefits of the phytochemicals are only found when it is consumed from its natural form, not in pill form.
With our proprietary extraction process, Kiseki nutrients are pre-digested for greater absorption rate thus higher bioavailability.
We do not include binders, fillers, stabilisers and other additives, allowing the phytochemicals, metabolites, prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics to be in an environment that is pure and uninterrupted by additional biochemical interference.
